This experience involves practicing a simple somatic routine for 7 days straight. This routine is intended as a catalyst to develop your own daily practice and as a proactive tool to care for your nervous system.
You will be joined by a community of people just like you; who are seeking simple natural ways to tend-to stress and anxiety, and access a higher quality of Life.
Getting out of the mind and into the body, slowing down, and caring for our nervous system on a daily basis is a revolutionary act in this current paradigm.

It is important to be flexible and forgiving with yourself as you are building a new habit.
If you do not already have a daily practice of *slowing down*, this 7 day routine may feel like a challenge to prioritize.
Slowing down can feel uncomfortable or unnatural to an overstimulated nervous system.
If you miss a day, take some time to reflect on what you need to do MORE or LESS of, in order to make space for this important daily practice of tending to your nervous system.
