Through a combination of self inquiry, guided breathwork, gentle movement and somatic practice participants discover the significance of slowing down and tending to the soma.
At the heart of this experience lies the opportunity to learn supportive tools that are aimed at fostering a stable and resilient nervous system, enabling up to navigate the world with more capacity and inner clarity.
