Take A Moment To Ground and Connect With Inner Strength.

Stand Like A Tree:

“Grounding" is a term most of us are familiar with these days. On the surface, grounding can seem like a practice to calm and soothe. It is.

However, not only does a grounding practice soothe us, it also can have a powerful energizing effect on the Soma.

By slowing down, coming back to the Self, and dropping into the body…we find a "felt sense" of strength and stability that energizes and inspires us.

Also, remember that energy flows where attention goes. So using VISUALIZATION to imagine the tree roots, as suggested in this medicine, creates a pathway for your energy to move with. We imagine stagnant energy coming out of the body, into the roots, and absorbed by the Earth. We let it go. It is a powerful cleansing practice.

Theory is helpful, but having a collection of supportive tools is how we really support ourselves day to day.

I invite you to take this medicine today, see how you feel and then use in a way (an intention) that feels right for your own lifestyle and somatic needs.
